Stress relieving is a process used on materials for steel to non-ferrous materials such as copper alloys and aluminum to relieve the stress produced during welding and other manufacturing processes. This is accomplished by using electrical transformers and heating coils that control the stress relieving cycle based upon the materials.

The Heat treatment shall be carried out alternatively by fabricating a large furnace structure and placing the component inside the furnace. Te advantage is larger components can be performed easily so that the heating is uniform and also more quantity of smaller components can be performed easily at a single cycle which is cost effective.

Pre Heating shall be carried out for the maintaining uniform pre-heat temperature during welding according to the materials / welding procedure requirements. This shall be achieved by using electrical transformer.
